I was looking for the perfect plumber, as most people are, for a very long time till Jerry's Plumbing was recommended to me, he replaced our boiler, replaced some leaky pipes, corrected some installation done by someone else. His workmanship is perfect.

I needed to deal with several issues that have needed repair. A leak caused me to find Jerry's Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning. I was delighted at the fast response, early appointment and quick diagnosis and repair of my leak.

Jerry recently repaired one steam radiator in our apartment and replaced another one. He showed up early for our initial appointment to give us an estimate, wore a mask and shoe covers, was courteous and efficient, clearly explained the work he would do (and why), and provided an estimate. He and his team returned later that very morning to do the work: everyone was once again courteous and efficient, and communicated clearly with us. They finished the work incredibly quickly with minimal disruption and did a great job. I would recommend them without hesitation!

I've had a leaky faucet for a while and finally decided to call for help. I called Jerry around 10 in the morning and he asked for photos. Within 10 minutes, he was able to inform me that I'd need a new faucet (not unexpected as it was an old faucet with hard to locate parts- I'd already tried). He sent me options via email and we had a time scheduled for that afternoon at 1. The gentlemen were running late and I got a text at 1 informing me that they'd be here at 1:30. When they arrived at 1:30, they technician was polite, respectful and Clearly competent in his job. The faucet was swapped out in about 40 minutes and they left the bathroom clean and neat.
I was able to pay via Zelle and had an invoice sent to my email within a few hours of the transaction being complete. Jerry also followed up later that evening to make sure everything was working well. I hope to not have any further need, but if I do, this is be my first call.

Jerry and his team are very professional, knowledgeable, hard-working, friendly, clean, responsive, caring, in a notoriously mediocre industry. It is such a great feeling to be able to say "I know a great plumbing company!", and to be able to rely on them, because they're such rare gems. My wife and I - and our opinionated daughter - recommend Jerry and his crew without any reserves. They deserve to be successful.

Jerry and his team re-plumbed my entire apartment, installed all new fixtures (faucets, showers, toilets, etc) and appliances, and checked/reconnected all of my radiators, some with thermostatic valves. I have worked with several plumbers over the years and hands down Jerry exceeds all expectations. He is courteous, on-time, on-budget, professional, and easy to get in touch with. I am very happy to post such a positive review of him and his company.

I've called Jerry numerous times over the couple of years I've lived in Queens, and he's always responsive, friendly,, and does a great job. He reinstalled my two window AC units after another company did a bad job (and charged me about half what that company had!), installed a new dishwasher for me (removing a cabinet to fit it) and has taken care of various plumbing needs, as well as doing other handyman tasks around the house. He and his crew are courteous, professional, and always make an effort to clean up after they work, which is not a given with plumbing services. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

I have worked with several plumbers over the years and it's hard not to walk away from the experience without feeling ripped off or like they screwed something up and still charged high prices. I was happy to find Jerry's Plumbing recently-a recommendation from my co-op's management company.

Jerry is respectful, honest, charged fair prices and did a beautiful job repairing a bathtub spout that had been leaking from behind for two years. So grateful-thank you Jerry's Plumbing.

Jerry is a Master Plumber, I've had him do small jobs like fixing a backyard hose plumbing as well as large jobs like re-doing the whole house AC and boiler system. He's trustworthy and will give you advice you can trust. Highly recommended!

When our boiler died all of a sudden, we cried, froze, and prayed that we will not be eaten by the wolves of HVAC, we got proposals from 3 vendors, and each one claimed to be the only Plumber that can help us, till Jerry's Plumbing & HVAC was recommended to us, and Voila in a record time the old boiler was removed, and a new one was delivered, installed, and filed with DOB. Jerry, and his staff are very professional, and very good at what they do, they go the extra mile to ensure that the work is done, and they follow up, always answer the phone, and they show up within an hour. Their price was best as well. I highly recommend them, because l've dealing with Plumbers for almost 30 years, and haven't come across a company like this.
